Steve Robson - CEO

For over three decades, Steve has built, managed and acquired a wide range of businesses including a cable company, homebuilding company, oil and gas drilling company, apartment management company, apartment construction company, water and sewer utility companies and a medical software company. It is Steve's vision to extend his investment portfolio to include sustainable alternative clean energy technologies that will create sustainable waste conversion and energy solutions for a cleaner tomorrow. He is also a member of World President's Organization (YPO-WPO).

Steve is a native of Arizona and graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Finance.

Jason Webber, MBA, MS Engineering - Principal

Jason has worked in venture capital and entrepreneurship since 2005. He brings in-depth technological and financial knowledge to the firm, spanning a variety of engineering disciplines. Jason has conducted research for both the Department of Energy and NASA.

His previous experience includes magnetic and inertial confinement plasma research at the Fusion Studies Laboratory, rocket propulsion research at Moscow Aviation Institute and due diligence at an Illinois-based venture capital firm; he is also a U.S. Veteran.

While running day-to-day operations at Boardman (Zea2) Bioworks, he led the downstream process development for an in-licensed amino acid resulting in a product that exceeded pharmacopeia standards.

Jason is a native of Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering (B.S.), Engineering Physics (B.S.), Nuclear Engineering (M.S.) and an MBA.
